The Noveltek SPS-10/12/15 Semi-Electric Stacker is designed for operations that need reliable powered lifting without the full investment of a motorized-drive powered stacker.
The core principle is straightforward: the electric motor handles the work of lifting — the part of stacking that creates the most operator fatigue and injury risk — while the operator manually propels and steers the unit. This division of labor gives smaller facilities, satellite warehouses, and production support areas access to safe, consistent stacking capability at a lower equipment cost than fully powered alternatives.
Three load capacity options (1,000 kg / 1,200 kg / 1,500 kg) allow buyers to select the right working margin for their application. For most single-deep racking and production floor stacking needs up to moderate height, the SPS series provides the capability required without over-specifying.
Available as OEM/ODM for custom mast heights, battery configurations, or handle ergonomics. 100% Made in Taiwan. ISO 9001 certified.

Powered Hydraulic Lifting: Electric motor drives the hydraulic lift system — operator lifts loads to height without manual pumping effort
Manual Propulsion: Operator pushes and steers the unit, keeping the mechanical footprint simple and the purchase cost accessible
Three Capacity Options: SPS-10 (1,000 kg), SPS-12 (1,200 kg), SPS-15 (1,500 kg) — select the right capacity margin for your application
Compact Design: Narrow footprint for movement in tight aisles, storage rooms, and production areas with limited space
Ergonomic Control Handle: Lift and lower controlled from the operator handle; speed and safety features integrated
Made in Taiwan: ISO 9001 certified quality; OEM/ODM customization available
Small and medium warehouses with light stacking requirements
Production floor parts storage and kitting areas
Retail stockroom operations
Facilities transitioning from fully manual stackers to powered lifting
Supplementary stacking in areas too narrow for powered-drive equipment
Q1:What is the difference between a semi-electric stacker and a fully electric stacker?
A1:A semi-electric (or semi-powered) stacker uses an electric motor to power the hydraulic lift mechanism — raising and lowering loads without manual pumping — but relies on the operator to manually push and steer the unit. A fully electric (powered-drive) stacker has both powered lifting AND powered propulsion, so the operator controls movement electronically. Semi-electric stackers cost less, require no drive battery system, and are appropriate for shorter travel distances and lower-throughput applications.
Q2:What mast heights are available on the SPS-10/12/15?
A2:Mast height options vary by configuration. Contact Noveltek with your required stacking height and load specification for the appropriate SPS model recommendation and available mast height options.
