A1：A semi-electric (or semi-powered) stacker uses an electric motor to power the hydraulic lift mechanism — raising and lowering loads without manual pumping — but relies on the operator to manually push and steer the unit. A fully electric (powered-drive) stacker has both powered lifting AND powered propulsion, so the operator controls movement electronically.
