Appearance Check

Check the body for scratches, dents, cracks, or damage.
Ensure the paint surface is intact and labels are clear.
Verify that bolts and nuts are tightened and all parts are properly installed.

Hydraulic System Check

Ensure hydraulic oil levels are sufficient, and the oil quality is clean (no contamination, bubbles, or unusual odors).
Inspect hydraulic lines for any leaks.
Test hydraulic cylinders for smooth operation without abnormal noise or vibrations.
Test the lifting function and confirm that the forks lift at a steady speed.

Power System Check

For internal combustion models: Verify smooth engine startup and operation, and check for normal exhaust (no abnormal color or smoke).
For electric models: Ensure the battery is fully charged, connections are secure, and the charger functions correctly.
Check for stable power output with no unusual noises or insufficient power.

Braking System Check

Verify the functionality of the primary brake and parking brake.
Test braking effectiveness to ensure quick and efficient stopping under various load conditions.
Check brake fluid levels and inspect for any leaks.

Steering System Check

Test the steering wheel for flexibility and accuracy without unusual resistance or deviation.
Check hydraulic pressure in the steering system (if applicable).

Tires and Driving System Check

Inspect tires for wear and ensure proper inflation (check for cracks or abnormal wear on solid tires).

Test for abnormal vibrations, noises, or drifting during operation.

Fork and Load System Check

Inspect forks for bending, damage, or other abnormalities.

Test the tilt and side-shift functions of the forks to ensure smooth operation.

Verify the load capacity is as specified and test stability under load.

Safety Equipment Check

Ensure lights, horn, reverse alarm, and other signaling devices are functional.

Inspect safety equipment such as seat belts, overhead guard, and mirrors for integrity.

Test the emergency stop device for proper operation.

Electrical System Check

Check the instrument panel for proper display of speedometer, oil pressure gauge, battery level indicator, etc.

Test the electrical system for stability, ensuring no short circuits or loose connections.

Documentation and Accessories Check

Confirm that all accompanying documents (user manual, certificate of conformity, warranty card, etc.) are complete.

Verify that standard accessories (e.g., spare tires, toolbox) are included.

Test Run Inspection

Conduct a full test run to evaluate startup, driving, lifting, and performance under load conditions.

Observe for abnormal noises, vibrations, or irregular operations during the test run.

What is the delivery lead time for customized forklifts?

Non-customized products take approximately 30–45 days, while customized products depend on specific requirements.
Where are the service and repair locations?

Our service coverage extends across Taiwan, including Taipei, Taoyuan, Hsinchu, Miaoli, Taichung, Yunlin-Chiayi, Tainan, Kaohsiung, as well as Kunshan, Shanghai, Shenzhen, and Hong Kong in China.

We have a complete after-sales service team.
Is it manufactured in Taiwan or distributed by an agency?

It is MIT (Made in Taiwan) and manufactured in-house. We own our factory, ensuring production and sales are handled directly with guaranteed quality.
How often is maintenance recommended?

How can I extend the battery life of an electric forklift?

It is not recommended to charge the battery continuously during use, as this can shorten its lifespan.

If used for more than 4 hours daily, it is recommended to charge once per day.

For long periods of inactivity, charge at least once every 7 days.
