High-bay racking creates a picking challenge that standard walkie stackers don't solve: the operator needs to reach merchandise at elevated positions, but standard stacking equipment moves loads without elevating the person. Ladders are slow, unstable, and a persistent source of workplace injuries. Step stools create the same instability at lower cost. Neither solution scales to high-throughput picking operations.
The Noveltek POPS-10 Powered Order Picker Stacker takes a different approach. The operator stands on a platform inside the lift table — rising with the load to the picking height. Both the picker and the merchandise are at the same elevation simultaneously, enabling natural, ergonomic picking from high-bay positions that would otherwise require awkward reaching or dangerous ladder use.
At 1,000 kg capacity, the POPS-10 handles full pallet loads — not just light-pick applications. This makes it practical for operations where high-bay picks include cases, heavy items, or full pallet construction at height.
The walkie design keeps the unit maneuverable in standard warehouse aisles. The operator propels and steers the POPS-10 to the racking face, positions, elevates, picks, and moves to the next location — all without the interruption of ladder placement and repositioning.

• Operator Elevated with Load: The picker stands inside the lift table on the rising platform — both the load and the operator are elevated together for simultaneous high-level picking
• 1,000 kg (2,200 lb) Capacity: Handles full pallet-weight loads at elevated picking heights — not limited to light picking applications
• Eliminates Ladder Use: Provides safe, stable elevated access to high-bay racking without the instability and productivity loss of ladder-based picking
• Walkie (Stand-Behind) Drive: Operator-propelled unit maneuvers through aisles and positions at racking faces without motorized drive complexity
• Stable Elevated Platform: Rigid lift platform provides stable standing surface for the operator at working height — critical for safe manual picking at elevation
• Made in Taiwan: ISO 9001 certified. CE certified. OEM/ODM available.
• High-bay racking pick operations where ladder use is current practice
• Distribution center order fulfillment from elevated rack positions
• Retail back-of-house high-bay replenishment
• Cold storage elevated picking in refrigerated warehouses
• Any facility where elevated racking access is needed without installing permanent lift infrastructure
Q1: Is OSHA or regulatory approval required to use the POPS-10 in the United States?
A1: Powered industrial trucks including order pickers are subject to OSHA regulation 29 CFR 1910.178 in the United States. Operators are required to be trained and certified under this standard. Additionally, the specific model must be evaluated for compliance with applicable ANSI/ITSDF B56 standards for the relevant equipment class. Contact Noveltek for the certification documentation applicable to the POPS-10 for your market.
Q2: What is the maximum picking height of the POPS-10?
A2: Maximum platform height specifications vary by configuration. Contact Noveltek with your required maximum picking height for the appropriate POPS-10 model specification.
